Group Classes Policies

Missed Classes

There is no make-up or credit for any missed Group Classes.

Cancellation

South Florida Conservatory of Music reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment. If a class is canceled, students will be notified and given the opportunity to transfer to another class. If a student does not enroll in another class, they will receive a full refund.

Withdrawal

You may withdraw from a class before or within 24 hours after the first class by returning the completed withdrawal form. South Florida Conservatory of Music will refund the tuition (minus the cost of the first session of the class) and material fee (unopened materials only). The registration fee is non-refundable.

Refund

There will be no refunds later than 24 hours after the first class.

Injuries:

You assume all risk of injury or harm to the child(ren) or adult(s) associated with participation in musical activities at South Florida Conservatory of Music and agree to release, indemnify, defend, and forever discharge South Florida Conservatory of Music and its officers and staff from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses in the unlikely event of injury sustained by your child(ren) or adult student during the course or as a result of their participation in South Florida Conservatory of Music musical activities.

Photo/Video Release:

Unless requested in writing, the South Florida Conservatory of Music is granted permission to take photographs/videos of the students to use in brochures, websites, posters, advertisements, and other promotional materials. Permission is also hereby granted for South Florida Conservatory of Music to copyright such photographs in its name.
