About the event
A Journey Through Sound and Story
Join us for an intimate evening that blends the art of travel with the beauty of classical music. This immersive concert series connects culture, discovery, and luxury, hosted in collaboration with partners who share a passion for global exploration.
For this special event at the South Florida Conservatory of Music, we are proud to partner with DeSalvio Travel, a Virtuoso-affiliated agency. Guests will be introduced to unique travel experiences and receive exclusive Virtuoso perks and offers reserved solely for attendees.
The evening will be co-hosted by acclaimed European pianist Robert Poortinga. More than a concert, this is a narrative journey; Poortinga will perform a specially curated program inspired by Europe’s great rivers and cultural capitals featuring works by Debussy, Chopin, Liszt, Brahms, and Strauss. Between pieces, he will share fascinating insights into the 18th and 19th centuries, revealing how travel influenced the lives and compositions of these masters.
These complimentary evenings are designed to connect those who love music, art, and travel.
Space is limited, so please register via the link below to reserve your seat.
